Duties
- Assistant CEO to manage the company’s internal affairs, promote the completion of operational indicators according to the company’s development strategy, operational indicators according to the company’s development strategy, operational management goals and annual goals and plans as well as participate in the company’s major operational decisions, and be responsible to the president;
- Coordinate the normal operation of all departments including research and development, marketing, planning, logistics support, and etc., to promote the realization of the company’s business objectives;
Pay close attention to industry trends and development trends, accurately locate business management ideas, and adjust business strategies and policies following the market; - Responsible for the company’s comprehensive budget and final account cost control, organizing and implementing the company’s management and assessment, supervising the budget implementation and assessment of control nodes, and enhancing the company’s management efficiency;
- Maintain interactive relationship with the company’s cooperative enterprises and important customers, and constantly increase market share;
- Participate in major business and other important activities on behalf of the company and deal with major emergencies of the company
Job Requirements:
- Have the experience of being responsible for marketing Vice General Manager or above in medium and large enterprises;
- Understand and identify with the corporate culture of the company, have critical thinking, and willing to develop rapidly with the company;
- Full-time bachelor degree or above, major in computer, electronic information, economic management, and etc. Have been well trained in sales management, financial management, enterprise operation management, production and operation management, and etc;
- Computer software, Internet, blockchain industry or computer information security industry background;
- 8+ years working experience and 5+ years operation and management experience in entity enterprises;
- Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills and good business philosophy;
- Familiar with enterprise strategic planning and operation management, able to lead various departments of the company to achieve performance targets and – 4 – make profits;
- Careful, rigorous, pursuit of success, energetic, strong ability to work under pressure and self-driven, as well as good communication skills and good at identifying and solving problems.
